HATHA YOGA LESSONS

Hatha Yoga focuses on the perception of the body, on the importance of breathing, considering it a bridge between body and mind.
It is possible to book a lesson individually or to combine it with one of our wellness packages on the same day or with an overnight stay.

PRICELIST

BOOKINGS

Booking is compulsory. A credit card is required as a guarantee or a down payment for the booking of: stays, massages or treatments, bookings for 4 persons or more.

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly request that any changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours before arrival, in order to avoid a penalty of 50%. Regarding the booking of stays, any changes or cancellations are required to be made 72 hours in advance.

WHAT TO BRING

At the entrance the centre will supply:
• a bath towel
• a bathrobe
• shower-shampoo
It is necessary to bring a bathing suit and pool slippers.
The centre is equipped with hair dryers and lockers with key where personal belongings can be placed. The use of a bathing cap is not compulsory.

RESTRICTIONS ON AGE

Admission of young people of 14 and above is allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
Admission is allowed to children aged 4 and older for the hotel guests between 09:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Children under this age range are not admitted under any circumstance.

RULES OF CONDUCT

The environment of our Spa is characterized by tranquillity and relax. Guests are required to respect the privacy of others, keeping a low tone of voice and avoiding the use of mobiles and camcorders inside the centre. Smoking is forbidden. It is mandatory to wear a bathing suit to use the facilities. It is possible to purchase bathing suits at the reception desk.

PREGNANCY AND PARTICULAR HEALTH CONDITIONS

In case of pregnancy or particular health conditions we strongly advise you to consult your doctor before accessing the wellness centre.
