The selection of dishes is planned by our chefs according to the availability of raw materials present in Cascina to guarantee freshness and seasonality of the same materials; It warns, therefore, that the dishes may be subject to change in order to offer the freshest products.

Enhancement of wild plant species present in the Park, the selection of hardy breeds and closer to native breeds, until the crops of berries and the manufacture of beer with local raw materials are among activities that have most impressed in these last years.
These are the basics with which we build all our dishes; thus each of them will be inside bio products to “zero meters” that embellish a unique dining experience of its kind.
